When you bid on an item on TopJewels.com you enter a legally binding contract, in which you express intent to purchase the item.
You are responsible for keeping track of all of your winning bids. You will receive an e-mail indicating you are the highest bidder. At that point, you have two days to pay for your items. This policy ensures timely resolution for both seller and bidder.
TopJewels.com wants to satisfy each customer with the purchase or his or her jewelry therefore we guarantee that all jewelry purchased on our auctions will be delivered as described and pictured on our web-site. In cases where the merchandise does not match the criteria of the description or the picture of the selected item the merchandise can be returned within 15 days after receipt of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable.
In cases where the merchandise meets all the criteria of the described item and the customer returns the item a 15% re-stocking fee will apply based on the purchase price of the item. Shipping is non-refundable.
However all products should be returned in original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another third party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
The policy applies to all jewelry except personalized jewelry that has been custom made for stone selection, size, and metal for every individual.
To return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
1. Call or e-mail customer service at support@topjewels.com to obtain a return authorization form. Please provide full details for the reason of your return on the RMA Request Form.
2. Please provide 2-3 working days for processing and obtaining your return authorization form by our customer service department.
3. Pack items to be returned and include your return authorization form with the package along with the original invoice/packing slip. Items without the return authorization forms will not be refunded.
4. Once we receive your return it will be processed by our returns specialists. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within ten business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
